The Five Billion Pound Super Sewer | Shooting Producer

2018 | BBC2, 9pm | Raw TV, 3 x 60’

Shot across three years, this observational-specialist factual series seeps behind the construction of the deepest tunnel under the River Thames; a multibillion pound upgrade of London’s sewage system. I shot multiple broadcast actuality sequences single camera on boats, deep underground and on heavy machinery. Maintained long-term access with construction companies and affected neighbours. Advised on series shooting schedules, team continuity strategies and completed compliance through post production.

Made in collaboration with the Open University.
